Refund policy

Independent portal: image25.xin sells its own memberships and credit packs for on-site generation. Purchases here do not include any “new user free credits gift” or promotional credit grant beyond what you pay for.

Cancel renewal is not a refund. Scheduling end-of-period cancel stops future charges only. Your current plan and issued credits remain available until the period ends; no prorated refund is issued for the active period by default.

Memberships and credit packs are generally non-refundable once fulfilled, except where required by applicable law or when we explicitly approve an exception after review.

Failed generation tasks: when a task fails and credits were reserved or charged, the platform may automatically return those credits to your ledger. That automatic return is not a cash refund of a membership purchase.

How to request a review: email support with your account email, order id, and a short description. We may ask for payment receipts. Chargebacks without contacting us first can delay resolution.

This policy does not replace the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. Commercial-use rights follow your active plan terms while membership is valid.
